Privacy Policy

AegisRcon collects and stores the minimum platform and server data needed to provide the service. This includes account identity data from Steam, server connection metadata, subscription state, and moderation or history data generated through normal product use.

Account data

When you sign in with Steam, the service may store your SteamID, display name, avatar, and related account metadata needed to identify your dashboard account.

Server and moderation data

Depending on the features you enable, AegisRcon may store server names, server connection metadata, chat history, player history, reports, bans, cases, plugin status, and similar moderation records.

How data is used

• To authenticate users and apply plan limits.
• To power live console, roster, history, reports, bans, and plugin workflows.
• To support support, troubleshooting, and service reliability work.

Retention

Some operational data is retained for limited windows based on plan and feature design. Cleanup jobs may remove old history, stale offline players, expired rules, and other short-lived records over time.

Third parties

Payments and some authentication or enrichment features may rely on third-party providers such as Steam or payment processors. Their own policies may apply to the data they process.

Your responsibility

If you add staff members or connect shared servers, you are responsible for assigning access carefully and for ensuring you have the right to manage the connected server data.
