Terms of Service

By using AegisRcon, you agree to use the service for lawful server administration and moderation. You are responsible for the game servers, plugins, and staff accounts you connect to the platform.

Service scope

AegisRcon provides Rust-focused RCON tooling, moderation workflows, and related account features. Some features depend on live server connectivity, third-party services, or optional plugins such as AegisBridge.

Accounts and access

Access is tied to Steam authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your Steam account secure and for assigning staff permissions carefully inside your own server workspaces.

Payments and renewals

Paid plans are manual-renewal subscriptions. They do not renew automatically. If a paid plan expires, premium-only behavior may stop until the plan is extended again.

Acceptable use

You may not use AegisRcon to attack third-party systems, abuse network resources, or access servers you do not own or control. Misuse can result in service restriction or account removal.

Availability

The service is provided on an ongoing-effort basis. Features, integrations, and limits may evolve over time. We aim for stable operation, but uptime is not guaranteed.

Liability

AegisRcon is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or operational loss resulting from server issues, third-party outages, or configuration mistakes.
